    Nog Fodder

Happy Politically Correct Holidays my easily offended and sue-happy fellow americans! Actually I’m pretty sure all of my readers are neither PC, easily offended, or sue-happy, unless sue is the cute girl sitting next to you in the internet cafe, but regardless, as I am currently working on part 2 of the mythbusters goodies post, I thought I’d throw up a link to some fun voting facts to tell your family around the nog bowl:

20 Amazing Facts About Voting In The United States

    Yes, I do like to cause trouble… ; )

Yeah my take on the subject is that all those motherf$#@ing bi#$%es should get the f@#k over it and just realize that the J#w run media loves to fell#te grapef#$it. Political correctness jesuits and f#t fuc#$%rs aren’t just going to up commit suicide, they’ve got to grab the lar#$s and shoot them upp the a@#. Thats how I think we should solve world hunger anyway.

    • Jesse 2:05 am on 12/26/2006 Permalink

      And I might add, f#$k.

    • B 12:17 am on 12/27/2006 Permalink

      that’s right
you tell everyone how important it is to get out and vote
especially in those battleground states like ohio with all those electronic voting machines
cuz everyone vote is possible another one that can get switched to favor the republican (of course only 51% of the time so it still appears close)
      hehe

atleast we live in a place that loves papertrails

election day should be a holiday so everyone has a chance to vote and sit around and watch the horrible coverage or like me stay up and watch the states change color to either red of blue on interactive online maps haha

Don’t Dash Out the Door to Get Vista

    Windows Vista

I know the idea of Microsoft finally releasing a new OS is cause for celebration among some (though for the life of me I don’t know why…), you may want to wait untill its been out for a while, before going out to grab a copy. Though it doesn’t release to consumers until Jan. 30th, some institutions can get a copy now, but as Wired writer Bruce Gain says, you probably don’t want to.

I don’t know Tom.. linux thats a big step. Next thing you know linux will be calling me just to talk, want to introduce me to its programmers and get upset when I use windows.

    • euicho 10:30 pm on 12/18/2006 Permalink

Linux can be a little needy but only if you push it do to things it really doesn’t want to do, like when you try to wine it to put your windows apps in its back door. heh.

    • Jesse 2:07 am on 12/26/2006 Permalink

Dude this one time Linux came over while Kristin was visiting her parents… and let me tell you we all found out how hard it was to plug and play backdoor appslications.

    • Jesse 2:07 am on 12/26/2006 Permalink

Yes I realize I put appslications, f#$k you all.

    6 Years!

    Amme and I

I’d like to take advantage of my blog by announcing that today is Amme and I’s 6 year dating Anniversary!

On December 6th, 2000, after knowing Amme for a few years, she finally got it through my thick skull that she liked me. Up until then I had though she was way out of my league. She had almost given up on me, but after we started spending time together for a couple weeks, I finally got the hint.

6 years later, and after thousands of ups and downs, happy, sad, stressful, and relaxing moments, we still know we are soulmates. The lovey-dovey eyes we gave each other that make people groan and make faces never stopped. I’ve never been happier, and I love her more every day. She is my strength and my understanding. She is everything I want and need. I’ve never known a kinder, more loving, funny, and intelligent woman, and I still can’t believe she’s mine.

Happy 6 Years Amme May, I love you.

      Congratulation! Well done!
Though your Aunt Patti says she’s looked through your entire photo album and has not yet managed to find a picture of that vivacious intelligent girl that you introduced us to a few months ago.

There is some indefinable quality that the camera cannot seem to capture.

    • euicho 1:15 pm on 12/12/2006 Permalink

Thank you all. And I agree, shes so beautiful but I just can’t capture that certain aura on film.

    Mythbusters Goodies

Damn I’m such a procrastinator. Thank you to those who trudge on with me despite the infrequency with which I post. I blame my tight schedule, and more recently, WoW (yes, I’ve become and addict. No I don’t know what took me so long. I though I was strong enough to resist, alas I am not). Mostly, however, the blame rests squarely on my own shoulders. Anyway, thank you again to my faithful readers. Moving on…

I wished they would go more into the engineering behind their inventions and rigs they build for the show. I know the average person wouldn’t understand 5% percent of it though so I can see why they don’t bother to elabortate.

    • euicho 9:36 pm on 12/8/2006 Permalink

Yeah but still, I agree it would be really cool if they showed more of tyhe engineering background. One the Q&A episode they did show the little black reference book they use for most of the equations and constants they use in their calculations.
